Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk began a radical cleansing of the government - on Wednesday the head of government sacked deputy prime minister of Poland, Minister of Internal Affairs Grzegor Shetynu, Minister of Justice Andrzej Plague, and Deputy Economy Minister Adam Sheinfeld.

Wednesday, Mr Tusk said that he also dismisses the head of the Central Anticorruption Bureau (TSAB) Mariusz Kami?ski.

“The main principle of functioning of our government is trust. Two years of government have shown that trust is the key in the management of the country,” - said Tusk.

“Unfortunately, gestures and words of some politicians crossed the permissible limits”, - said Polish Prime Minister.

He also said that the ousted Grzegorz Shetyna goes to parliamentary work and will lead a faction of the Civic Platform in the Sejm.

Monday resigned Poland’s sports minister Miroslaw Drzewiecki.

A series of resignations in the government of Poland is a consequence of the promulgation of the local media scandal involving allegations of lobbying for amendments to the bill on gambling. In the case of adoption of these amendments, the country’s budget could be lost, according to media, 469 million zloty (about 173 million dollars).

Sam draft law on gambling is in the process of preparation not yet entered the parliament.

Speaking at a press conference, Mr Tusk said that despite the fact that the resignation of key ministers in the government related to the so-called “gambling scam, themselves former ministers Shetyna and the Plague” continues to enjoy a 100 percent confidence “with the premiere party.

Commenting on the resignation of the head TSAB Mariusz Kami?ski, Tusk said that he “used the office for political purposes.” Earlier Kami?ski was a deputy of the Saeima of the party of Kaczynski brothers’ Law and Justice.

Polish Prime Minister said that “will advise on the new appointments in the government early next week.”
